We at Restia Suites are committed to monitor and take all precautions to make sure your precious moments with us are both safe and memorable. 

We have now added additional protocols and guaranteed cleanliness standards to ensure heightened health and safety measures for guests seeking peace of mind while staying at Restia Suites. Your wellbeing is our top priority and we want to ensure you enjoy your stay 100%.

 

Our Resort

We are following all guidelines and suggestions of the Greek Government, Greek Health Authorities and World Health Organization (WHO).

 

Personnel

-Our personnel has been attending training seminars on Covid-19, according to the Greek Authorities. The agenda focuses on the good practices that our personnel should implement in order to successfully comply with the requirements of the mandatory health and safety protocols, the relevant legislation and the specific requirements of both the official action plan and the guests.

-The hotel keeps a record with the daily thermal measures of all personnel.

-Our personnel is fully equipped with all necessary protective clothing as well as consumables.

 

Check-in/Check-out

-The time between each check-out and check-in (check-out at 11:00 and check-in at 15:00) has been extended to ensure that each suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays, and that the area is adequately ventilated.

-The hotel keeps a record of all guests staying at the establishment-name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) to enable contact tracing of any close contacts of Covid-19 cases, which may be subsequently identified.

-There is a plexiglass screen at the reception desk as a precautionary measure for the protection of guests and staff members during interaction.

-There are floor markings (at a distance of 2 meters) indicating where guests need to stand until served.

-A hand sanitizing station has been installed at the entrance of the hotel along with an information note strongly advising guests to properly follow hand hygiene measures.

-Upon request guests may:

Be informed about the hotel policy, as well as the prevention and control measures taken.

Be updated on health providers, doctors, pharmacies etc in the areaBe provided with Personal Protection Equipment

-The hotel keeps a fully equipped medical kit with all the necessary items according to the Greek Authorities.

-Guests are strongly advised to immediately inform the hotel reception in case the show signs or symptoms of illness.

-Guests may also make use of electronic alternatives to check-in

-The hotel offers an open-air area for check-in purposes.

-The hotel offers contactless payment methods such as credit or debit cards.

-Options for digital banking and electronic payment of guests' bill are also available.

-The resort is exclusive and non-hotel guests are prohibited from entering the suites and from using any of the hotel's facilities.

 

Common Areas

-All areas have been arranged in such a way so that overcrowding is avoided (4 people/10sqm).

-There are safe distance markings and info graphics at key areas for basic health instructions.

-Antiseptic solutions for waterless hand disinfection have been installed in all common areas in fixed or non-fixed devices.

-There is a permanent and more extensive cleaning and disinfection schedule for each are of the hotel to ensure that all areas and high contact spots are cleaned more often and more adequately.

-Adequately natural ventilation of all areas is ensured.

 

Suites

-Housekeeping services will not be provided during guest's stay unless otherwise indicated by the guest at the reception. Should these services be requested, guests are informed that they will need to leave the suite before the housekeeping personnel can enter.

-Turn down service is provided only after a formal request at the reception. Should this service be requested, guests are informed that they must leave their suite before the housekeeping personnel can enter.

-Maintenance personnel may execute repairs in the suite without the guests being present during their work.

-Adequate natural ventilation of all suites is ensured.

-Suites are meticulously disinfected with a nebulizer, after each check-out.

-Fabric surfaces are cleaned with a steam device (temperature more than 700).

Hand sanitizers have been placed in all suites.

-Digital catalogs and menus with QR code technology are available for contactless information.

-All decorative objects are been removed.

-All commonly use multipurpose items have been removed.

-Personal covers for remote and TV controls are placed for the exclusive use during the stay of each guest.

-Guests are informed about the manner and time their suite is cleaned.

- The hotel has 2 quarantine rooms with all necessary features according to the Greek Authorities.

 

Restaurants-Bar

-A hand sanitizing station has been installed at the entrance along with an information note strongly advising guests to properly follow hand hygiene measures before entering the restaurant.

-Restaurants and bar operate at reduced capacity ( 1 person per every 2,2sqm).

-Breakfast buffet items are protected with sneeze guards shields

-There are floor markings indicating where guests need to stand until served.

-Breakfast room service is available.

-No more than 6 people are allowed on table.

-Digital menus with QR code technology are available, enabling diners to scan and access the entire menus avoiding unnecessary contact.

-Sealed Individual aperitif assortments are offered in order to enhance safe hygiene measures.

 

SWIMMING POOLS

-Our hotel implements a well-documented cleaning and disinfection system in its pools.

-The maximum total number of people entering the pool at any given time will not be over one swimmer per 5 water surface sqm.

-The layout of seats on the swimming pool deck ( sunbeds, chairs, sun loungers etc) should be such that the distance between two people under the same umbrellas be at least 2 meters in each direction.

-There are safe distance markings in order to assure safe distances on swimming pool decks.

-Shower prior the use of the swimming pool is strongly advised.

-Sun loungers, umbrellas and tables are thoroughly cleaned after the use of each guest. 

 

Gym

-The Gym may be used only upon reservation and exclusively for people staying in the same suite. 

 

Spa

-The Spa operates at reduced capacity and a reservation is required, in order to avoid overcrowding. Furthermore, Sauna and Hamman facilities are not available.
